How much time does it take to construct a pool in a JLT tower?
Including design, permits, structural work, and testing, a typical concrete amenity pool takes eight to fourteen weeks. For projects that are appropriate, installing fibreglass shells may be finished in three to six weeks.
What licenses are required to construct a pool in JLT?
A DMCC and developer NOC, DEWA permission, Civil Defence sign-off, and core approvals from Trakhees or Dubai Municipality are required. All of these are handled on your behalf by our pool building crew.
Can a new amenity pool be supported by the framework of an older JLT tower?
